Customer information
The "Customer Info" section of eShox can be accessed via eShox Admin. Open a Web browser and enter the following URL: http://your-domain-or-ip/shop/admin/. Click on "Customer Info" on the left "Administration" window.
Each customer may have a discount percentage and a resale number. The discount percentage is the percentage discount they should receive off product pricing (excluding shipping and taxes). The resale nubmer is used to exempt the customer from any taxes. To make changes to a customer's information: select the customer, click "Edit", make any necessary changes and click "Update".
To send an E-mail message to a customer or to all customers: click "Email", select the customer or "All Customers" from the pop-up list (of customers currently defined in the "Customer Info" section of eShox Admin), enter the subject and message and click "Send Mail".
Obtaining order data
The "Customer Orders" section of eShox can be accessed via eShox Admin. Open a Web browser and enter the following URL: http://your-domain-or-ip/shop/admin/. Click on "Customer Orders" under "Customer Info" on the left "Administration" window.
To print an invoice or packing slip for an order: select the order and click "Invoice" or "Packing Slip". To update the status of an order: click "Edit", select the current status of the order from the "Status" pop-up list and click "Update"; if the "Notify Customer" option is selected, the customer will receive an E-mail notifying them of the updated order status. To delete an order: select the order you wish to delete and click "Delete".
