International Countries
The "Countries" section of eShox can be accessed via eShox Admin. Open a Web browser and enter the following URL: http://your-domain-or-ip/shop/admin/. Click on "Countries" under "Geographical Setup" on the left "Administration" window.
Countries are displayed when users enter and modify their account information. To add a new country, click "New Country", enter the name of the new country, the country codes ("ISO Code (2)", for example: "US", "UK", etc. "ISP Code (3)", for example: "USA", "GBR", etc.), select an address format for the new country (the format mailing addresses are displayed in) and click "Insert".
To delete a country, select the country and click "Delete". To modify a country, select the country, make any necessary changes and click "Update".
Regional Zones and States
The "Zones & States" section of eShox can be accessed via eShox Admin. Open a Web browser and enter the following URL: http://your-domain-or-ip/shop/admin/. Click on "Zones & States" under "Geographical Setup" on the left "Administration" window.
Zones and states are displayed when users enter and modify their account information. To add a new zone or state, click "New Zone", enter the name of the new zone or state, the zone codes (for example: "CA" for California), select the country the new zone or state is located in and click "Insert".
To delete a zone or state, select the zone or state and click "Delete". To modify a zone or state, select the zone or state, make any necessary changes and click "Update".
